6. Order Cancellations and Changes

Customers may request cancellation within 24 calendar hours of placing an order, provided processing has not started.

Orders may begin processing before the 24-hour period ends. Once processing begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled through the standard cancellation process.

Address corrections and order modifications should be requested before processing begins.

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after cancellation approval, or sooner where required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Gfiltershop offers free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Our standard shipping schedule is:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Transit: 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.

  • Order Cut-off: 6:00 PM Mountain Time (MT).

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Gfiltershop accepts eligible returns within 30 calendar days after delivery, including qualifying defective and non-defective items.

Our standard return terms include:

  • Unused, uninstalled items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Free return shipping and a prepaid return label.

  • No restocking fee.

  • Exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method.

  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days after refund approval, except where applicable law requires faster processing.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders should be reported within 7 business days of delivery. This reporting period does not limit applicable legal rights.
