  • Approved Order Cancellations: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after cancellation approval, or sooner when required by applicable law.

  • Return Shipping: Free for all eligible U.S. returns, with a prepaid return label.

  • Restocking Fee: None ($0).

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 calendar hours of placing an order, provided processing has not started.
